Terms and Conditions
1. Consultations
A consultation is required before booking any service. Clients must complete the contact form before proceeding with a booking.
Virtual consultations will be conducted via Zoom, with links provided automatically.
2. Bookings and Deposits
A 40% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.
Accepted payment methods: Square (Tap to Pay), Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App.
3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Clients must cancel or reschedule at least five days in advance to credit their deposit to a future appointment.
Rescheduling is subject to inclement or extreme weather conditions.
4. Late Policy
Clients must arrive on time. A $25 late fee applies if the client is more than 30 minutes late.
If the client is more than 45 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and the deposit will not be refunded.
If the service provider is late, the full booked time will still be honored.
5. Deliverables and Turnaround Time
Photos will be delivered via an Adobe Lightroom album, accessible for two weeks using the client’s provided e-mail.
Estimated editing turnaround times are provided at the end of the online booking process.
Standard turnaround times:
   Photo packages: 5-10 business days.
   Video projects: 1-3 weeks, depending on complexity and length.
   Expedited delivery is available for an additional fee.
6. Social Media and Usage Rights
Clients must tag @koba.visuals in any shared content from the project.
Clients may not remove, crop out, or alter "Koba" tags from the content.
Additional fees apply for access to raw footage and unedited photos.
By proceeding with a booking, you acknowledge and agree to all the policies outlined above.
